The Site and its original Content, features, Tools, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InvisiGenz. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unicode Characters
The Unicode characters provided through our Tools are defined by the Unicode Consortium and are part of the Unicode Standard. We do not claim ownership over any Unicode character. Our Tools provide a convenient interface for accessing, copying, and using these characters. The Unicode Standard and its associated documentation are the property of the Unicode Consortium.
User Feedback
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Site or its Tools, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

Platform Actions
We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your account as a result of using invisible characters or following the instructions provided on our Site. This includes but is not limited to account suspensions, name resets, content removal, or permanent bans. You use invisible characters on third-party platforms at your own risk and in accordance with those platforms’ own terms of service.
Data Loss
We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of our Tools. Since our Tools process text client-side in your browser, we do not store or transmit your data. Any text you input into our Tools is processed locally on your device.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InvisiGenz and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
